1Acceptance of Terms of Use

6General Game Rules

The use of all games on the melayu 3gp platform — including slots, live casino, poker, virtual sports and e-sports — is subject to the following rules:

• The results of all games operated by software are final and may not be disputed, except in cases of clear and demonstrable technical error.
• Game results in live casino sessions announced by the dealer are final. In the event of a technical disruption during an active round, that round will be voided and all stakes fully refunded.

• All confirmed sports bets cannot be cancelled or amended unless the Cash Out function is used within the permitted timeframe.

• Melayu 3gp reserves the right to void any bet where a significant odds error has been displayed due to a technical fault or data error.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets will be voided and stakes refunded if any match on the ticket is postponed by more than 36 hours from its scheduled kick-off time.
• In-play betting (during a live match) carries different betting limits from pre-match betting and may be temporarily suspended during critical moments such as free kicks or red cards.
• For esports, results are based on the official outcomes announced by the tournament organiser. Disputes relating to esports betting results must be filed within 24 hours of the official result announcement.

8Restrictions, Prohibitions & Account Closure

Melayu 3gp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Ownership or use of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting")
• Providing false information or engaging in fraud during registration or the KYC process
• Recommending or conducting suspicious financial transactions potentially linked to money laundering
• Use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to play or exploit the system
• Colluding with other players or taking any action that unfairly manipulates game outcomes
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs or system errors for personal gain
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at melayu 3gp staff or other players
• Players suspected to be under 18 years of age or registering on behalf of a minor

In the event of account closure due to fraud or a breach of terms, melayu 3gp reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonuses, without compensation.
